This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Max Radiology on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

Max Radiology Mobile Application enables doctors to access medical records. Doctors will have to be authenticated first by entering their user name and password and then clicking “LOGIN” button. Upon successfully authenticated with their credentials, the doctors will be presented with a search screen with any one of the following two options:

1. Search by patient id: In this scenario doctor selects the code from the drop down and enters the numeric patient id. App will automatically prefix the numeric patient id with zeros and construct the complete patient id by combining the code and the numeric id. Doctor clicks the “Search” button to be directed to the mobile browser with the encrypted link to display the medical record information that are related to this specific patient Id.

2. Search by referral doctor name: In this scenario doctor enters the referral doctor’s name either partial or full and the clicks the “Search” button. Doctor will be directed to the mobile browser with the encrypted link to display the medical record information that are related to this specific referral doctor name.

Logout icon is provided on the top right corner of search page, for the doctor to logout when not using the app actively. Once the doctor logs in for the first time, the credentials are captured and stored. These credentials are used for logging in the doctor on subsequent uses and doctor is take to the search page automatically.

The mobile device must be connected with the internet either via mobile internet or WiFi internet for authentication and viewing of relevant medical record details.
