This is exactly what I have been looking for! I can keep a record if all my families appointments, diagnosis as well as date. I love that you can go back in the date incase you forgot to document one. I can make notes as well! I liked the free version so much I paid to upgrade! No other app. like it! I have been searching a long time. I will tell my friends! It even gives you a reminder to emai!. Bravo!
