Garbage app and overall program. No way to edit photos and then build your tour. You have to use this stupid app which means you have limited editing on photos. You want to edit your raw files in Photoshop? Forget it! I can't believe that this is the go-to solution for real estate. What a joke! There are cheaper applications that work way better that this worthless POS.

When it works, it's great! . . HOWEVER, I've had HUGE issues with my Google Pixel 3xl. App won't even load sometimes and or crashes. I think using phone in airplane mode helps....disappointed that the Samsung s10e does NOT work with app despite covering (easily) at least 3 of the 4 "parameters".....must not be "google certified" whatever that means.... . . ***EDIT*** and changed stars to reflect a resolution of sorts. . Yes, it seems in my case, so long as I am in airplane mode the app does not fail. Had 4-5 disconnects from the camera but that's an easy fix (1 was bc I walked too far away, the other 4 not sure). . . Also, DO NOT GET ME STARTED on master bathroom mirrors!

One of the best 360 solutions in the market, if you only have your phone this app is not for you, you need an spherical camera to make it work, I hope they expand to other cameras like Samsung to lower the extra tag price, but ricoh works great. Unfair reviews from idiots trying to use it with the phone only. App is easy to use and processing site results is great. Which I could do exteriors. Congrats 5 stars any day. So glad you did Android.

The app seemed to do wonders with the X2. Really liked it, from some photos it did quite great. Using a pixel 2 and the aligning photos took a while, but for 11 photos the time was almost 10 minutes. Really great job. Yey Been following matter port for a while and wanted to use my mobile to scan object. It did work but the results were pretty bad. But this app works great for now.

First impression (coming from IOS) First scan went smoothly. The Android (in my case, a Galaxy Fold) varient is noticeably slower in capture and processing speed vs my iPad Pro (2018). Once the scan was complete, it took a longer to upload on the Fold vs the iPad Pro, but I received my first upload error, since I've been using the Matterport Capture App. I will update this edit once the scan has had a time to process.

Not working with 360 photos made with the phone. No option to import them. You need an external camera, you can't make scans with your phone. They should make something similar with google camera app that made 360 photos. Bad piece of software.
