My experience using the Matrack ELD has been super impressive. I am able to view my truck's activity and the driver's location in real time. Apart from the clarity of usage details provided in the manual, I am particularly satisfied with the prompt response of the support team and their communication skills. I want to particularly give a big shout out to Rachel for her help and guidance with navigating the usage process. I recommend Matrack for anyone who is still unsure about what ELD. 5 Star

Non compliant with new HOS. No split sleeper birth option and there's no way to run on recap hours. App doesn't let you upload BOL for DOT. It's a great entry level eld but not as intuitive. No fuel receipt or info upload for IFTA. And when you call customer service they never pick up just call you back. If you're just starting out this is a great eld but as your business grow it's doesn't allow the necessary options to accommodate your growth.

Excellent for New Authority. Affordable, simple and not glitchy. I only wish that they would incorporate fuel option so when you fuel you enter the price and gallons. So when you download the IFTA report it will have all your info without the need to view receipts. Also it should let you change duty status after 10 seconds of no movement. And while in PC I shouldn't get a notification about HOS violation on my 14hr. But I wouldn't leave for any competitor because it's very simple. Thanks 👍🏽

I love the app and the control it give you over your Logs... what I don't like about the app is , you have to give them permission to manage your phone call your contact & Grant access to your photos and media... if you don't give them permission to manage your phone call or access your photo or media it would not let you log into the app

*HOS RULES UP TO DATE (including split sleeper birth automatically applied. educate yourself before attempting to use this function) *PHONE ACCESIBLE *EASY CONNECTIVITY *AFFORDABLE The one thing that is a hassle is the "unidentified events" section. All in all it is a small inconvenience. Anyone who says that there is no split sleeper birth function doesn't know how to use it. The app/device automatically applies the split if the rule is followed properly

Excellent ELD. Does what is required by DOT without any issues. Been using it for about 2 years.
