This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Union Square PLUS on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Could not log-in to my account even though log-in details are correct. I then reset my password and attempted to log-in numerous times to no avail. There is no contact info to rectify this within the app; only option is changing password which did not resolve issue. Not worth installing the app.

Does not load, app shuts down soon after it's opened. Won't get past the picture loading stage. Shame

It takes an age to download and then freezes on a picture of the station and the name of the centre every time you try to open the app. Feels like quite a let down especially seeing 'advantages' of the app on social media.

Using the Union Square PLUS app is easy. Create a quick profile to start receiving personalised offers straightaway. Use the interactive map to find the quickest route to where you want to be, and search the directory of shops and restaurants to see what's around you. It's all there on the app.

When you see an offer you like, tap it when you're in the shop and the app will open up your smartphone's camera. Snap the QR code by the till point and the offer's yours. Every time you use the app at Union Square, it learns the things you like. The more you use it, the more personalised your experience.

Please be aware that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
