Minor problem opening in portrait mode from home screen icon... 'only get 2/3 active/writable screen (top and bottom grayed out/?). Opening from Google Play Store OPEN button provides FULL portrait screen...? 'Tis a fun app, in spite of not knowing how (yet...) to prevent extraneous (unintended) marks on the screen... but I like Calligrapher Pro app!

Great app for calligraphy but can't import background images. I used the free app and faced same issue and a ton of ads so figured I'll try the paid version. But even with the paid version, it still does not allow you to import a background and right on top of it, it only allows you to import a picture but when you try to right nothing shows up

The app is good in general but the angle for the pen is limited (only 0 - 90 ) .That makes it impossible to write Arabic or Persian calligraphy texts while using a handset or tablet vertically. . The angle of the pen should be changeable from 0 to 150 degrees so that you can write vertically on mobiles or tablets..

A little crashy on my HP Cromebook x 360, but good full screen display, decent tools, good responsiveness and image smoothing. Not the best it could be, but the best app I've found for writing your own calligraphy. I mean not having the app make calligraphy for you (how dull!), but actually writing your own. There should be more apps for calligraphers!

This app has replaced me using a paper works great with or without a stylus. The developers are amazing and I would recommend it over carrying a notebook not to mention other apps. This is an essential app for me and one of the first I put on my phone as I use it for work , courses. Its replaced all my paper notes and not much better developers out there. Not sure what else you need to know, people are quick to find negatives especially online but theres nothing wrong with this app (daily user)

Becoming a more useful calligraphy app, HOWEVER there still are only a few "undo" steps available and no "redo" steps [really???] this is a major flaw in functionality and design. Also, you cannot choose vertical or horizontal, you just get default horizontal... errr!!! Currently they're are many quite superior writing apps on the market, free and paid that offer better options and are much smoother. Please fix these issues asap and we will greedy your all again.
