No matter how we try we cant get Into our practice The practice sent us a new pass but it still wouldnt let us in and then blocked us. Its absolutely useless which means now we have to drive out to either post our prescriptions or drop them.in Worst thing our practice assigned up to. Other patients as well as my husband has had the same problem. We are disgusted that something so.importsnt should be used. It also jeopardises people who.have oldish phones as they cant download the app.
