Rewards useless, rewards just for parking & selected vehicles only.

Taking 1 step forward, and 2 step backwards. 1. Carpark redemption points is not instantaneous now. Meaning you have to wait 5 working days for the points to get credited. 2. Previously, you can submit any amount on the receipt as long as combined amount is more than $50. Now, there is a minimum requirement of $20 on any receipt. Meaning small item purchase like bubble tea, snacks etc below $20 will not qualify for points.

This is not rewarding the customer. U wont be able to redeem immediately unlike last time. It mean spend today still need pay carpark. And u wont knw if you have taken the photo of the receipt correctly, as there is no guide line n some are so long....how to fit in? Look perfect to u but will get rejected n u r non the wiser why got rejected. Very poor....give me the feeling out to cheat shoppers...living on past reputation..vivo no more

App is unresponsive and not needed. Why do you make your shoppers shopping experience so difficult. Claiming for parking is tedious that the time spent in setting up, i am spending more time stuck here and incurring additional parking. I gave up halfway as the confirmation email did not arrive after 5 attempts to send.

Lousy reward system. Only can redeem for carpark. Only for cars, not motorcycles. It's seem that they award people with high SES only. Also it take about 5 working days to earn the pie after you spend at VivoCity. All points earned will expire in about a few months time only. Capital malls rewards system did so much better than yours. Lousiest reward system ever!
