Purchased 12 month offer and have had issues with buffering and/or no picture of late. I now only have the black screen with club badge, I am only half way through the twelve months that I paid for in advance. As you are not providing the service for which I paid I expect a refund for the remaining months ( renewal date is early September 2021 ) as a gesture of good faith. I also do not see any way I will return to this app.

Not bad but needs improvement! I have several observations, one of them I noticed when you play a video you can not double tap to move backward or forward like YouTube, and that makes the experience dull and boring. A club worth more than a billion should come up with a better app. The app keeps jamming each time I watch a video especially the 2000 PL goals videos. Please fix it. And my previous comment wasn't handled at all. Petty what this legendary club has come to.

Why is it the app does not show in Google Play on Play Store certified Android boxes? When you search MUTV, Man Utd, Man United or Manchester United, you get apps for City (!), Bayern, Spotify, NBA and everything else, but not what we asked for. Is there a satisfactory explanation for this? Original post Feb 24. Until today, you have not bothered to respond. This is how you treat fans?

App useless since its update, it's worse than pulling your own teeth. I had mutv on satellite TV for years but now there is too much dross on, the Paddy Crerand show was superb (but united cancelled it) along with matches shown from all levels at the club but now I'm done because I don't want to spend 20 minutes or so trying to get the app to work. Mutv cancelled.

If this app's purpose was to be continuously buffering video's this would get 5 stars. But unfortunately, I paid to watch MUTV, not the buffering, so this is useless. Don't blame my phone, internet, version of android etc etc. I don't have any issues chromecasting youtube, netflix, prime and google chrome videos so its your app not me. #glazersout

Great! but why i can still access service with all the bells an whistles after unsubscribing two months ago? also it would be great if all Man Utd Women games that stream on the channel stream internationally as some of their games stream on the channel only in the uk.
