Overall this app is good but Ticket download and print system missing. Behalf of bus staff very bad behaviour for passengers.

Very poor management of sleeper cabin lights... Reading lamps are not lighting up .. And unwanted LED lights are switched ON by driver in sleeper cabins which are very disturbing and you cannot sleep at all.. If I cannot sleep in cabin.. Why should i be charged for ... Sleeper cabins should not have any lights which dont have any control with passenger..... Drivers should not be given control for any such lights... LEDs are not required in sleeper cabin

worst bus. in my personal experience those who wants lit bit of hygiene don't go for this one. i m travelling from jaipur to kanpur that journey is quit long for no toilet halt they stoped bus in middle of highway and that's it. Worst experience of my travelling.So smelly and my seat was so full of dust as if they never clean that seat

Worst experience during covid 19 travel.. Nothing have been followed guidelines related to covid 19 .. if passenger travel it is their own risk...
