I would suggest not to use this bus service and the app. As there is no information about the owner and it's history. They have mannerless drivers and bus staff, they change the route as per their comfort, they don't even think about passengers.

The app have many faults. I cancelled 2 tickets but it's been 2 month and they are not refunding the money. I tried to contact several members from RS Yadav but they are asking for the details again and again with no actual response. Such a bad service.

Never book this bus. Everything is worst. AC not working. Charging port is not available. Staffs are very rude. Trimming is just a number. Every 5 star ⭐ rating is fake. Bus is not clean. Nothing good to write.

Very bad experience today . Their bus got cancelled due to some administrative reason but they did not bother to inform me so that I can make others arrangements. So poor R.S. yadav I have recommended you to my friend and here I am standing ....☹️☹️☹️
