Worst experience ever... Dont have any punctuality. Please try to avoid booking /travel from this travels

Please do not book tickets by this app. I have booked tickets two times and it automatically cancels the ticket and hence deduct amount from my Paytm Wallet. Now when after this, I have been calling them for refund of money amounting to be ₹4800. And they are just giving me different numbers to call them.

This app is crashing and also not giving 5% discount as claimed by them.. I have booked 02 times and they are not giving any discount.. Although i am regular traveler of this but from past few months they have degraded the services...

Please change your bus on this route Udaipur to Bikaner🙏🙏🙏. worst condition of bus.charging point not working and light is also blinking.window glass is can't closed tightly so air passed through that space. Very low quality bus. Also bus should be properly cleaned.whole bus body making a irritating sounds a normal person can't sleep 😠😠🤬😠🤬😑 in this worst bus. I wanna give negative rating but such type option is not their.

Worst App, don't book from this app , i have booked ticket from this app and they cancel my booking before 4 hours of journey time and even after 3 days i have not received my refund amount.
