Worst Worst App. Tried to book ticket, amount deducted from my account but ticket booking failed. Amount not refunded even after 3 days. Have to file complaint in consumer forum.

VERY VERY VERY thirdclass bus operator, changed our Bus for a Big Group Booking in front of us and provide poor quality bus to us, Customer Care not picking phone calls, when asking for refund of fare difference denies, I SUGGEST EVERYONE...DON'T TRAVEL WITH THIS OPERATOR...

Today I am traveling from Ahmedabad to goa in Paulo travels with my 4 year son and wife they stop the bus at that place where we couldn't find meal they can't understand I have a 4 year boy he needs food they stopped us for dinner at 1 am how we can eat.poor service never back in this travel.

worst bus services, my bus timing was 9:45 pm from kankavali and bus arrived at 1:30 am at kankavali and that was not enough for them they are still boarding new passengers on highway now at pune supposed to reach 6 in the morning
