Very bad service after booking the confirm seat they were providing me conductor seat while we had booked sleeper seat .They were behave rudely. Guys please don't go with this app totally unusual service is worst . You may have trouble if you are choosing this app.

i am currently travelling in this bus 3693 to sardardhar, worst kind of experience ever had. Bus conductor just made this bus jam packed with passengers. moreover the seats are also broken.

i board a bus from katra to delhi UP22 T7773 . time to start was 7.30 pm he started at 9.30. than he stop at jammu at a dirty place and chasing for more passengers . ignoring the passengers sitting in bus . than after so many complains he started at 12.3p than running without any stop no dinner break no loo break even in morning no loo break . .even after that we reach at 12 pm delhi .i just want to know without loo and food how can we travel 18 hour journey
