Have to re-enter all details can't just use the viewtrip reference to recall all the info on the trip. Quicker and easier to just go to the website and use your name and trip reference. Update Tried to persevere and log in again after changing password online (via desktop). Now won't allow me to log in with new details.... Update 1 year later: thought I'd try again. Worse than ever. Now cannot reset password to access. So cannot even open the app beyond the login page. Despite following the password rules the app keeps telling me the password format. Don't waste your time with this

The whole ecosystem seems broken. Created an account on the website. Then had to create another account in mobile. Then when my trip didn't show up in the mobile I went to opt out. That failed saying my account doesn't exist. The can't log into website. Feel like a website created in the 1990s.

Well I used the trip view on my PC okay got the mobile phone app but cannot view my trip details at all, am I missing something or does it just not work? Surely I should be able to see the same details but nothing comes up? Big Fail in my book.

As others have said, it doesn't sync with the main website and there is no way to add a flight reservation number like on the website. Definitely a worthless app. Don't waste your time.

Pretty useless. Can't get my viewtrip online itinerary into the app. Huge waste of time.

It's absolutely useless as it doesn't sync with the web version of View Trip. Moreover the developers seem to have given up - plenty of comments about it not working and no updates since February 2017
