AMOLED and OLED friendly wallpapers
Specific styles for AMOLED and OLED displays have been added.
It's also good to know that if you have an AMOLED or OLED display then you can save some battery life by using a black map wallpaper, or generally darker map styles.

New features

- Size of app package (APK) has been nearly halved, from ~12MB to ~7MB. Further improvements will come.
- Filename of saved wallpapers wasn't compatible with external apps - this issue is now fixed. Thank you Jesper for reporting it!
- Seven new map styles have been added along with two new suggested cities: Fortaleza and Doha.
