This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Mammut Connect on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Can't get past white screen which says "updating". Tried several times.

I can't get this app to work. When attempting to open the app, I get a white screen that says "updating", then the app crashes. I've never made it to the home screen. UPDATE 7/22/2020: bug is fixed and app works as normal.

The app crashes everytime you need to select Date in any forms that have date in it. So in my case, I can't register my items from Mammut because I need to enter date of purchase. Can't register a trip ether because I need to enter a Date. Iv'e sent you a crash report.

I don't get past the screen "Updating", please fix After dev response: Not getting past the loading screen (Updating load symbo, updaintg disappears, infinte loading screen) - maybe an issue with rooting, could be that NFC is broken, Bluetooth was aswell since it is encrypted and needed a community patch ... tbh I don't really know what the use the app, except registering the product

Really cool way to connect with people and keep track of hours of use on gear. I recommend this to anyone who likes to know how much abuse they out through the equipment, especially ropes!
