Purchased product and add-on for my then 6 year old daughter, she is now 8 and we still yet to receive the entire order. I've politely emailed support multiple times for updates, initially receiving a response it's coming, now no response at all. She's tried the basic product and application however, the Bluetooth function doesn't work consistently and brick connections were very difficult. Customer support is non-existent at this point. I do not recommend this product, this is one first times I've posted such a strongly worded review.

Waited a long time for delivery. Paid extra for an upgraded kit. Was excited about Bluetooth... Opened our "Mad Scientist Kit" $175 and it came with instructions for a basic motor circuit. The instructions required pieces that were not in the kit. Downloaded this app only to find out there is no Bluetooth. I thought ok well at least I can get my son some instructions that actually include the pieces in our kit. Turns out they have new kits and don't have our kit listed. Even the most basic kit has better pieces then ours... app is mostly useless for us. Disappointed.

Well, well after delivery of the actual bricks, the Android app still doesn't provide Bluetooth control. One of the biggest selling points of this system for me was this ability!

No Bluetooth and the kit came with no gears. Could be excellent if the support was there and the Bluetooth.
