App is good, I love Goodfood, but Enough with the popups already. I don't need that, i just want to order my food. I understand that the company wants feedback. The real feedback: if a customer orders something frequently, that indicates they like it. if not they don't.. as someone who studied marketing in college people speak with their money the most. Otherwise, still, nice app. I do appreciate how i can tack on extra meat, fish and so on. The cust. service with Goodfood is very good.

My first order went quite well, but was caught off guard with my subsequent delivery. Forwarded my issue to them directly, then someone got back to me right away. Roxane was super helpful and suggested that I set myself a calendar reminder as to keep track of my future deliveries in case i don't have the funds and wish to cancel before charges go through. Thanks Roxane! Understanding and helpful folks at Goodfood! Will definitely order some more.

Was nice to plan weeks in advance, but lots of spam emails and poor notifications. Picked and set all my meals multiple weeks in advance, however, no confirmation when skipping weeks. Attempted to skip a few weeks in a row as we were away. Only the first week registered and followed up when card was charged again. 110$ will rot on the doorstep. Customer service was not helpful to resolve the issue as they Indicated that 1 of the 9 emails sent in a week indicated that I would be getting food.

I enjoyed how they packed the stuffs however, for the qualities some few are no longer fresh but still salvageable with a bit change of method cooking. I like the recipes even few kit I don't have still I improvised. And for the app usage, some are be able to use with ease And some are technology awkward and don't have time.(ex. I dunno how to "skip" the meals and I was away for works out of town plus with no connection.) At last, cooking with family it's the best part I enjoyed.

I've been very impressed with the quality of the Goodfood recipes and ingredients. The amount of veg provided is great! I highly recommend this food service!

App doesn't load. Tried multiple times and it doesn't open. I tried to order meal plans from good food to trysomething different, but ended up just giving up on it because of the frustration. Back to Hello Fresh I go
