Very frustrating app. Seems to work for first minute or so, just well enough for me to upload my cards. But even with stable connection, once one is selected or if any changes are made, you get the little pink circle of doom. With such low ratings, obviously they don't seem to care to update the app to make it better. Definitely agree that this is just a brochure app and some competitors do better. Many suggestions to make it better.

This app is pretty terrible to use. Buttons all over the place that either do nothing or require you to tap several times. The day picker is set to several months back. Incorrect billing calculations when checking out. After checkout an incorrect confirmation message (said we booked 4hrs of bowling instead of 1). Have to enter billing address multiple times. Make sure you have everyone's shoe sizes when booking a lane bc if you switch away from the app even for a second you have to start over.

The reason we downloaded the app was for having all our cards in 1 place. Balances all say 0 which is not the case when we go to Main Event. Also the red circle just spins and spins so can't add a new card. It's really a worthless app at this point. When in the In Center View should be able to see the current bowling wait time is and where we are on the waitlist. Should be able to view ALL activities wait times. It really is a worthless app.

This is crapware. Sign-up issues were frustrating. I work in IT so I'm used to things not working like they should but this app was ridiculously trifling. Also, it's basically a brochure app. It has very little functionality. Can't order food from the app but you can see the full menu - which you can't do at the actual location near me - IRL store menu lists a bunch of deep fried stuff & reheated frozen pizzas & that's it. I tried to set up an event in the future, and the app crashes.

I enjoy this Main Event app. It seems like this app is out of sync when I barely can't see my recent activity points clearly. I have a Android phone and people with iPhones don't have the issue. Also it showing 5 hours ahead of my recent activity. For example I can play at 2:30pm but the app shows 7:30pm which is not accurate. Whoever developed this app needs to fix the issues and do an update. It seems like Apple gets more of the benefits than Android user.

This app was given up on before it was even released. It has consistently failed to work on a variety of different phones and tablets, requesting help is a useless task as after the week or two week response time there is more information requested or they say they don't understand. After two months of back and fourth, providing intricate system details, issue details, screenshots, uninstalls, reinstalls, eventually it was left at the technical department was investigating and I would hear back
