The app is great. But the service is the WORST IN THE WORLD! The first and last time to hire any cleaning personnel via this app. I have full windows and the cleaner only wiped till where he could reach. Note that i have a LADDER. Did not rinse the toilet after washing, still very soapy which could be so dangerous for us. We could have slipped and fall!! Did not wipe the doorframe, still full of dust. End up i had to clean after them. Then whats the point of hiring?? THE WORST, NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I had a very friendly cleaner and she was very thorough. It's easy to make appointments through maideasy and their customer service was good, not hesitating to call me if there were any problems with my appointments and being very polite at the same time. However, the app had some technical issues. I was unable to pay using my debit card after downloading and redownloading the app several times. Had to use online transfer in the end.

Tried to book few times, keep saying my bank block the booking and cancel my payment. Finally it went through, but I got 3 booking in my account! Cancelled the booking, but they didn't refund my money and only gave me credits. Such a fraud! They hold my money for ransom for their app inefficiencies

The services by maideasy has been top notch. They helped fixed errors with the app, kept continuous updates, helped book appointments and granted a trustworthy worker for cleaning. The cleaner did well and though there were several missed spots, im overall content with the cleaning. The only setback is the app itself. There are a lot of hiccups on the first trial and it runs quite slow. On the technical side, the app needs much improvements, but overall services are very satisfactory.

The crews from maideasy has been well trained and so far I have no problems with all of them. They done a good job at cleaning and I'm very happy with it.The only thing I would suggest for you to improve is that you have to better manage your apps because there are days where maid came and I already cancelled the booking and when there's a last minute cancellation.

excellent and profesdional experience. i requested a 2hr cleaning block. the job was well done. i would definitely use the app again. my only feedback is to ensure cleaner replies to text communication on time as there is a time period to reauest changes.
