This is indeed great app to promote facility improvements in the government hospitals. However, there are much improvements required in the app itself. 1. There is no option to provide the feedback. 2. I keep getting the same OTP message for almost 5 times. 3. There can be an option to login via fingerprint or pin number. 4. There should be provisions in the hospitals to get mobile number/email ids from the patients and send them a message with the link to this app to provide feedback.

It would send OTP after trying for 3-4 times. Don't lose hope people. This app requires extreme patience. It is an alter of meditation. Delay cures restlessness. This is the hidden advantage behind this app.
