The best camera app by far. I have been using it to record gameplay on my Nintendo switch lite on overwatch. The lite has no output so the only way to capture gameplay is a external camera. The native camera was so bad and distorted. So I went looking for one and this was the best of them all. Record in 4k

Why does the picture get blurry when i tap the screen instead of focusing? İ can't figure out what this feature does and how to instead focus. İ have to restart the app to get rid of the blur. My rear camera has 4 lenses and can't seem to focus perfectly, but I'll say this app is much better than the native app...

Just installed this app, and noticed it came with its own "media manager", which I don't require, and I don't want. The app size, that the description in Google Play, states "it varies with device" (without even a range, or a ballpark value!) is 59MB, compared to simpler cameras (which are fine for my needs) that only take a few MB (eg. "Best Camera" takes 3 MB). Although there is a setting for customizing the photo location, it can't seem to find any folders saying "no media available", so it still stores photos in the internal storage, which is exactly what I've been trying to avoid by setting the photo location to a folder on my SD card! Not happy with the intrusive permissions, one of which reads it can "read Google service configuration". I appreciate the fact that this app can be moved to the SD card, too few apps do. I also like the fact that I can change the size of the JPEG quality (overall setting), the brightness and resolution before taking a photo. There are many editing functions after taking the photo. One super-annoying thing is that every time it's launched, it immediately takes a photo without me pressing anything! So if you want a simple camera, look elsewhere because this app is annoying as hell.

I have a Sumsung Note 8. When I use the app, everything works fine except when I'm finished recording, my phone starts overheating. It gets really hot and I have to take my case off. Even when I force stop the app my phone keeps getting hotter. On top of that, my battery keeps draining at an exceptional rate. Probably 1% every 10 seconds. I've tried this app 3 times and it's happened every single time. I've had to restart my phone to get it to utilize the battery correctly.

There is an issue with this app that needs fixing. If I record a video and use an external mic, then the sound cuts out at least 10 seconds before the end of the video. If using the internal mic, it doesn't have this issue, only with an external mic. Please fix, as aside from that, this is a really good app.

Very good app user interface is a little sub-par and hard to understand at first. Add to that the fact the app hasn't been updated since 2019 leaves a little more than a little to be desired. The features, however are more than plentiful and I highly recommend this app as a replacement for any native Android camera platform
