This app was very stellar back in 2016 or 17. I don't know what really happened, the best way to put it in words is that it was improving in the past, now its just... as if its putted to waste and not giving effort anymore. It would be amazing if they brought back the edm effect, and multiple styles of every genre instead of one.

All I want to do is simply change the aspect ratio as the product advertises, the product forces you to apply excessive filters and music. The cost is insanely expensive at $20 per month, and sneaky at forcing you into a 7-day free trial and then charging you.

I just wanted to clip a video real quick. Had to sign in, go thrpugh 3 ads telling me to pay for the app, finally got to the screen where ypu can choose a video to make and it told me I had to pay to make a video longer than sixty seconds and doesn't even let me choose the part of the video I want to keep. This app is the most annoying thing I have ever used and it is completely useless for anything other than making small low quality slideshows.

I just downloaded this app and they said that I had to pay $4.99m to make a video longer than 60 sec. So I paid, then when I went to create it, it said I had to pay another $4.99 to get background images. I selected non. Now it's telling me I have to subscribe to a 7 day free trial that will go up to $19.99 a month. And I have to do this before I can get my video I just paid for. The worst app. All they want is money. I REALLY want my money back because I never got my video.

I have used this app before without issue. Recently upgraded to premium for making longer videos. Even After increasing the duration, the app won't make videos longer than 34 seconds. Tried about 10 time with Same result. No way to get any live support. Waste of money.

Decent video editor. However, it was something I used briefly, and I am thoroughly disgusted with having found an automatic renewal charge to my bank account. I find this practice of auto renewal to be an absolute scumbag way to do business. Customers should have the choice of renewing if they are enjoying a service, using it frequently and choose automatic renewal on their own. Any company that does this as a condition of purchasing is a scumbag company. Change your auto renewal policy Magisto
