I can no longer access this app. Everytime I log in it doesn't go through even if I have the login details right. This used to be very helpful.

I signed up in this app using my email but I can't log in because it said I have the wrong credentials. I tried changing the password quite a few times but I still get the same error message. Is there an email where I can report the issue? This app sucks.

Error 404, but I have stable internet. I had to reinstall. What happened? This app used to be very reliable. Edit: 03/04/2021 Uninstalled, reinstalled as instructed. Changed my password bc I already forgot. Now, I can't register my son's information in here because the birthyear is only up to 2005. Devs should have thought about the underage dependts who are also Medicard holders. The 2020 version of this app used to work well and is convenient with accurate info. What are you guys doing?

This is the worse app. Talked to numerous nurses. Ongoing issue. Even got it escalated to the heat IT or nurse. App sick because despite knowing the pw it won't accept it. Keep telling me to reset the pw. This was recommended by my company that's the only reason why I use it due to the pandemic
