Worked fine at first! Now suddenly stopped, so totally useless. Did as the developer said, turn brightness up, also changed batteries. Nothing. Rubbish!!

It's great to be able to set the alarm for individual days and times. I had to hold my clock about 3" above my Nexus 6p to get it to sync. The clock would not respond if I set it directly on the screen.

Waste of time as the clock has stopped syncing with my phone making the clock useless

Great product! I ordered the clock without completely reading it's features. It was not exactly what I had wanted. I wanted a clock that could sit across the room and I could manage the alarm using my phone only. HOWEVER, that's NOT what this product is. The product is great. However, you cannot use the alarm without the app. Actually, you cannot initially set up the clock without this app. The alarm clock is useless without the app. I don't like that feature. Otherwise, it's a cute little travel alarm clock.

Does not sync I try to apply the same time on the phone to my alarm but doesmt seem to respond as if I'm not pressing it

About this app

This APP is custom made for our electronic LCD clock. This APP is licensed by Magcom International Ltd . User has to check if you have our product before download. Any non-licensed products are not supported and should not download this APP. Please consult your distributor when you have any query.
Please note that this APP is no function if user does not have the product, this APP is not an alarm APP and no alarm function.

With the help of this APP, user can set his alarm pattern and reminder on the APP and then synchronize the setting to the clock.

Remark: Please note SyncClock supports iOS and most android devices but except Sony because of her hardware limitation.

Q&A :

1. Does it need to turn on bluetooth for sending the setting to the clock ?
Ans. No, SyncClock uses its own patented data transfer technology. It is non-bluetooth, non-wifi nor any radiation frequency approach.

2. Why don't we use phone alarm as a bedroom alarm instead of this LCD clock alarm?
Ans. A mobile phone works by 'talking' to a base station using radio waves - a type of electromagnetic radiation. There is evidence that radiation may affect electrical activity in the brain during sleep.

3. Sometimes, my android APP cannot sync to the clock.
Ans. Please reboot (switch off and on again) your phone. Sometimes, phone's memory messes and a reset mostly can resolve this problem.

4. How long the battery can be run ?
Ans. The clock consumes very little power. For alkaline batteries, it can be more than 3 years.

Version 13: Added asking for system setting permission by user because some phones need authorization in order to allow screen maximum brightness during sync flashing.
