This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing The Railway Magazine on PC Windows and Mac.

Just installed app. Went to emails to check Pocketmags user name & password, came back to app - nothing!! Just menu icon(which doesn't work) and title and totally blank page

Worked fine with my first issue. Now won't open at all so I can't access my magazine at all

Crashes on opening the app. Dont know why, used to be fine, but now useless. On Galaxy Tab 3.

Crashes immediately after attempting to read any pages. The only solution that seems to work in order to read each issue of the magazine is to uninstall the app then reinstall afresh each time that you want to read an issue uninterrupted by frozen pages .

I can open the app but only once. Then it crashes if i have closed it. Wanted to read a few articles over a few days but this became very difficult.

Subscriptions are also available within the application. A subscription will start from the latest issue.

Available subscriptions are:

12 months: 12 issues per year

-The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled more than 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for the product.
-You may turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through Google Play Account settings, however you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period.

Users can register for/ login to a pocketmags account in-app. This will protect their issues in the case of a lost device and allow browsing of purchases on multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.

We recommend loading the app for the first time in a wi-fi area.
