Was pretty nice to have for a few weeks... I don't know what the problem is now. For the past week (give or take a little) my camera will NO LONGER CONNECT(S) TO MY WIFI. ALL of my apps are set to auto update. Is that what happened? Was there a recent update? If so? Please change back to older app settings or fix asap? I'll do my best and wait patiently for a Much NEEDED and better update. Thank you dear developers . **** Back working now as of 05/27/2017.

Okay so WHY can't I change the "default" password, to my OWN?! Clearly there is an issue with that. So that the "admin" can see what's going on in MY home?!!! Somebody PLEASE tell me if you were able to change the default password to a SECURE one of your own?! I need the "old" (theirs) password, before it will let me modify it to mine. Please help! Thanks in advance!

Got this camera today and to be honest wasn't expecting the world from it for £20 considering they threw in a free 2 port smart charger worth £8 into the deal for free but had an open mind lol. Tried connecting the camera to wifi through this app time and time again with a robot voice repeating jibbarish over and over, eventially it decided to connect and I tell you I am blown away for the price everything works-panning, night vision, zoom, audio, 4g/wifi reception. The app works very well but the camera takes a while on it's first ever set up to connect just keep trying!

Had it a month or so fantastic then got another 1 2 weeks ago. The original 1 is still working but the other 1. Keeps saying can't connect yet the other is connected which is weird as it can't b the Wi-Fi. Really confused I take it, it's updated and the newest camera doesn't like it. I don't know I'm guessing I haven't got a clue. If some one does know please let me know 😠 very frustrated

I just bought this on the internet. I couldn't even read the instructions I needed a magnifying glass. It wouldn't even connect to any of my devices. worse camera and app ever. I wish I could rate this low than one it desires a rating of a -1 or worse.

I am happy so far. The software was easy to setup(It's english). Night vision looks great. Just havn't tested the alarm feature yet.I see lots of negative feedback & I think some of you should use a bit more patience, before giving negative comments. Or just read the instructions for once in your life. I got what I paid for.
