What a disappointment. I bought a bus ticket through bookme and they said if the bus drops i'm entitled to 100% refund but guess what? They're not refunding my amount. I've called their customer support and they said, it will be refunded within 24 hrs but it's more than 2 days now and they're not even picking up my phone anymore. I've been calling them since yesterday but no response at all. How good is their service out of 10? -1.

Exceelent app although they are not offering as much discount as they did in start but still good app to use. Please add routes from FSD to ISD we are missing it. We demanded it many times but not accepted yet.

Emirates flight was canceled From DXB to ISB as i booked 6 tickets of my family. The support team confirmed that the refund will be reflected in my account within 2-3 days. I received the refund in 7 days. I booked another PIA Flight through Bookme which was also missed due to the Pass Track Application. And I received the refund after 12 days. Suggestion: please notify all international travelers to install the pass track app and fill it before travel. Otherwise they can't travel.
