This for Huawei Mate 20 Pro: Negative * changing to different aspect ratio the photo is expanded including the subject (became fat) and does auto adjust or freezes. *No focus sound when half pressed. the sound is ON. *Focusing. 2 subjects apart, it always focus on the nearside only. *It takes time (say 3-5 seconds) to load on the photo gallery. Positive * Good color science. Fix. *All of the negative feedbacks * Faster focusing when half pressed *Add multi focus pts like dslr. *add HDR

Suddenly not working anymore with Huawei P30 Pro. Working very poorly with Sony Xperia. $100 wasted just like that. Please fix this issue.

Very disappointing app experience I can't even get it to take clear pictures on my s9 plus The focus is off it has all kinds of problems not to mention The grip this app is for is supposed to work with the s9 plus but it's not big enough.

I am very disappointed with this app. At the beginning, when the application worked, all options worked with a long delay, including the shutter button - 2 seconds! In addition, there is a very loud click of the shutter release, which cannot be adjusted to a quieter one... the zoom was limited, delayed w/steps. After update, the application stopped working at all! Sign "coming soon" comes out on a black screen ... is this a joke? I bought Pictar grip and I paid $150 "for a dog under the tail"

The hardware is first class. The handle takes a very reassuring death-grip on my phone (LG V20, with the soft protective case removed), and the knobs on the handle also work very well. However, for some reason I do not understand, the pictures with the handle come out blurry when compared with similar shots without the handle. Unfortunately, the handle cannot incorporate HDR pictures, and I view this as a software deficiency, and one which I hope the makers are able to patch with an update. The app is just ok. Needs to have options to set image quality. It appears the app is not optimized for phones hardware. Tried it on a pixel device as well as a note 8. If app can take advantage of the full potential of phones offering then it would be awesome. Needs work. The image quality is just ok. Please update.
