use to love the taxi over uber. Because it was less expensive. Yes gas prices went up, i get that. The problem is this extra $4 fee for tolls and wait....there are no tolls where i am and my driver never waits, they usually cant find me because they dont know the area. The app i thought would be more helpful than the automated system but if my ride goes from $8 to $14 with no tip...something is up. This tells me your drivers are either starting the meter before im in the car or run it up on driv

This is reputable company. Granted, you pay for their services, but it's a CT co., so put your money back into CT, and also they are the largest taxi Co. in the state. You won't be taking a bus, or transferring multiple times, and you will get where you are going anywhere in the state.

I like being able to check the status of the driver. I don't have to call M7 anymore. I have the same driver every day for the most part. I'd like Robert to pick me every morning. Robs a great driver. He doesn't speed, his car is clean , He calls the night before to make sure everything runs smooth in the morning. I'd give him at the least at the least another 1$ an hour . He a six star driver all Day. Thankyou ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Six star driver.

It's an easy way to get a taxi and also see when your taxi arrive. They even call your phone number to let you know that your taxi as arrive. Excellent app👍

I had hoped there was an app to utilize with Encompass. This does not work with Encompass, unfortunately.

The app is good and easy to use. Only thing is my client is a flat rate charge and when using app they over charge her making her run out of funds.
