At first, when I didnot receive a call from the doctor the customer care executive informed that doctor is on some another call. I waited for another half an hour and called them and got the information that doctor is unreachable. And now a new message is updated in the chat saying they will arrange a new appointment time with the doctor and have mentioned no time for upcoming appointment. Also, now the customer care is not responding to my calls. Worst app ever.

Very worst app. I have booked 2 times one for audio call and other for video consultation. But two times I got messages saying that doctor is busy and they will reschedule the appointment. But after passing 20 days I have not got any call from Doctor. O have lost my money and they didn't refunded me. I wrote to them but no response and customer care number is pathatic. They never responded. I am so much disappointed and frustrated 😠. Never book any appointment through this app

Very helpful app especially for someone like myself with social anxiety. Was able to talk with someone and deal with my health without the anxiety of going to a doctor’s clinic. Also, this app has the text consultation option so I could easily chat with the doctor.

Worst app, it plays with the panic of patients in the time of covid crisis. You pay a good amount so that can atleast have a 7 day consultation but after 4 day doc stops responding and you are forced to pay for another big amount just for the sake to complete your consultation or get your confusions cleared.its pathetic.

i love this app because here i get immediate responses from the doctors. this platform processing is very fast. doctors spend sufficient time with the patient. also, the customer care is really helpful. overall great experience!
