Bought my first drone from Potensic, I absolutely loved it; after the most recent update I could no longer use the app due to it no longer working on my phone. I emailed the company and they basically told me to get a new phone to fix the issue. Luckily I was able to have my money refunded through Amazon and I purchased a different companys drone with an app that actually works.

Cannot fly my new drone cause the app keeps crashing every time I try to open it. I'm using a s a Samsung s20 5G which first day worked fine. Now all of a sudden since some update this drone is useless. PLEASE respond with some type of answer.

Doesn't open app on my pixel 5. Before this it worked very well. Disappointed because of the amount of money I spent on this and yet the company still won't provide for all it's users.

Latest update has disabled the custom max height of flying. I can no longer change it from 50m. Also, I cannot fly above 160m. Prior to the app update, I could change the Mac height to 250m and fly as high as my range would allow (500m and above). Please fix this.
