My first time on Brightline was Sunday May 5th from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach was one Amazing experience, The ride was so smooth, When I arrived in West Palm Beach The Security Guards and all the employees we're so kind, One my way back I filmed the whole trip which is on YouTube my channel, This was a Awesome day for me I will never forget it, Next Month I'm going on Brightline again This time to Miami And I will be filming this trip as well There and Back Brightline thank you..

This app should be removed from the app store. My CC was charged but no tickets were issued. Brightline has no customer support to speak off. I emailed them and got a response back one week later. There is no refund forthcoming from Brightline and I will have to take it up with AmEx.

The app seems limited in its functionality. It seems from the comments that a significant improvement was made in mid December 2018 so I don't want to pile on, but as a new rider, it is very disappointing that to access my current reservation I get taken out the app to the web site where I have to login again. I am sure they are working to get this in the app......right? I will have more info once I have taken my ride tomorrow. I am really looking forward to my first ride on Brightline.

Using the train itself is a pleasure, but they need to step up on the tech side. The app is absolutely one of the worst programs I've ever used. It kicks you off, it glitches. And then when you switch to the website to try to keep your sanity, it won't apply any credit. We opened a new account for my mom. The email doesn't give you a promo code only a link and no matter what we do the credit won't apply. This app is trash.

Not enough Info. Can't save passenger info for those traveling with me. Also, finding seating assignments for others is impossible... I understand its work in progress, hopefully it gets better.

This app is terrible. I first rated it a 2 but have since changed to a 1. It gets the award for the least functional app. I'm not using the train any more because if they can't do a simple app or book online then not sure I trust them to operate a train system. Both app and internet site crash as you are using them. This results in the user having to start any transaction all over again. Tried the app repeatedly for 30 minutes before switching to web. Neither was able to book a ticket. See ya!
