Best customer service of any food delivery app I've used in Saudi. The drivers communicate well and rarely need help finding my location and the few times I've needed to report a mistake (only twice in two years) a customer service representative called within the hour to follow up and was always polite and clear.

Quite messed up. Charged the money. App said 'Delivered' when nothing was delivered. The app logged me out and now does not log me back in. Customer care is CONSTANTLY busy! And that is on a lazy early afternoon on a Friday, not some peak dinner time!! Lousy!!!

Just opened the app to check when the restaurant I want to order from will be open tomorrow as I'm having guests for iftar. Was prompted to update and when I did, the app no longer loads. It just gets stuck on the title screen. How will I be able to order food for my guests?
