This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing LuggageHero: Luggage Storage on PC Windows and Mac.

Booked a place to store our luggage in Pasadena. Showed up and the place had no idea what we were talking about. There was no where else in Pasadena that we could go. We had to head back to LA and book something through another app. Awful experience. Will never use again. Wasted a couple hours of our day.

Login through Google not working in the Android app (works online, on the app it gives error to check connection). Handling fee could be a bit lower. Other than that easy to use and handy app

Good app and idea. But hours of operation at each location needs to be double checked. Im at a location where luggagehero says they open at 10am but opening hours are actually 11am so im just waiting here now wasting time.

The WORST!!!!!! company you can find out there. We walked to three different locations around Louvre in Paris and not a single one was open!! We lost our possibility to visit the Louvre and we lost the most valuable visit of our trip. On top of that they took my credit card details. This guys are nothing but fakes look somewhere else! If I could give it a negative star I would give it a - 5!!!!

LuggageHero offers on-demand, secure luggage storage. We use certified local shops, cafés and hotels to store your bags for a few hours or days. We call them luggage heroes. Thousands of storage locations available with new ones added every week. Using our mobile app you’ll quickly find the most convenient one for you - book and receive directions right in the app, go drop off your luggage, and head out to enjoy the city!

Booking is risk-free, you only pay if you show up. All luggage is insured while in storage.

The LuggageHero mobile app uses your location to show storage locations available around you. You can also browse storage locations based on major traffic hubs, points of interest or specific addresses. The app allows you to book and reserve space for a specific number of bags at a specific date, and gives you the address/directions for the storage location you choose to book.

When arriving to drop off your bags at a storage location, start the storage timer in the LuggageHero app. This ensures that you only pay for the hours you keep your bags stored. Upon returning to reclaim your bags, stop the timer in the app. The price is calculated based on the time spent, and payment is handled securely online.
