I placed an order yesterday at 6:15pm. When I arrived at the restaurant they had not received my order, or the "chat" message I had sent through the app inquiring approximately when my food would be ready. The order ended up coming through while I was at the restaurant, around 6:40pm. Then I didn't get the email with my receipt until 6:58pm.
