Edit - the Dev no longer responds A lot of work is still needed with in the app. One problem i seem to constantly have is it not finding my location even though other apps find me instantly. Also when useing the os maps i cant see what i am doing untill i have zoomed in. As the top map levels are mising needs a script to fill these in with lower ones or to not allow you to zoom out that far. Also could do with a UI / desgine boost.

This app is OK, but there are problems. If your phone has no hardware compass, the current location marker is a tiny red spot that's nearly invisible. This should be easy to fix, but the author seems to have lost interest in this app and no longer responds to emails. This is a pity, because this could be a really good app.

I paid for the full version of this app just in case of emergency. The one time I *really* needed it, when out on the hill, I just got a screen telling me the app was unlicensed presumably because I was in the middle of nowhere with no network and the app could not connect to the app store. Didn't the developer think that people might need to use the app in places with no mobile signal?? It works fine otherwise just don't take it into the countryside where you might actually need to use it. Uninstalling.
