App keeps crashing after login screen. Restarted device, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried it on a different device (both androids but different versions) and same issue. What is worse is their website appears to be down. I can't even look at the FAQs. Very dissappointing. Just got delivered today and am leaving on vacation tomorrow. PLEASE see this issue and help fix! I was so excited and now am so bummed.

The app is getting better but please spend more time on it. It is just good practice to support those who supported you. You would not be here if we had not supported you.

The app in Android kept crashing. Useless to me. I returned the hardware.

The hardware is great. The software (and the vendor's website and documentation) is awful. It's not OK that you have to create an account with the vendor (on the phone; if there's an option to do it on the website I couldn't find it) just in order to connect to the camera. Downloading stuff from the camera seems to be amazingly buggy; I got all the previews, but most of the photos downloaded were the wrong ones, not corresponding to the thumbnail (at least as displayed in the viewer; maybe the app had downloaded the right files but was just displaying the wrong ones) . There are some important missing features - I can't figure out a way to delete an image from the phone once downloaded, for instance, and there's no obvious way to move photos or video from the camera's internal storage to its SD card or vice versa. I needed the app to upgrade the firmware to get the hardware to work (and that worked OK once I figured out the dance of disconnecting from the camera's network to download the firmware and then reconnecting to upload it), but in its current state I can't imagine using it to transfer files. And live preview only works sporadically.
