This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Elements of Design LWP on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Absolutely love it! There's so many different themes and settings it's really great. My only issue is the inability to make custom themes fix that and it will be worth way more than 5 stars.

out of all the live wallpapers I've seen in the Android Market this has to be top 3 ...maybe even the best one I've seen ! also comes with plenty of themes and they all look really really well done ! plus it doesn't hurt that the price is really low lol..
