I love this app, been searching for an app like this for a long time. The only drawback I see is under lab results, there is a note section upon entering result. I put the range the result was supposed to be in, but when you go back to that result, the note section is gone. It didn't make any sense to put it there. There is a special note section, but I didn't know I needed to put it in there to keep it. Also on medication list. Not a section on meds to show what it treats. I highly recommend .

It's pretty good so far but a bit insufficient. You can use the app for multiple people and on the main page, you select the person you want. But then when you go into a category and choose an option to view (like appointments or meditations), you have to choose the person again. It gets annoying to choose the person each time you want to view something different even though that person is selected on the main page.

The concept of this app is exactly what I was looking for... a way to keep track of the kind of things a doctor would need to know like medical history and prescriptions. That being said, there are some obvious issues in the user interface. With only one person set up, why should I have to select myself every time when switching between sections? I still say that if only one person is set up, there is no reason to ask each time. There must be something wrong because the year won't change for me

Like that I have info on me for Doc's & and med's from them or other Doc's also has B.P.'s numbers. I'd like a way to match shoots on vac's to fig. Boost or re-start shots so I can set up reminders on when to get them. They have so many defferent time spans! A per list of Recomend Shot be good put a * for passport travel must. Sorry putting work on you program staff. But sounds great to me.

I use for personal use since I take a lot of medication and changes frequently but most doctor offices make you write all them down anyway. I suggest you keep a printed copy with you when you go

The only drawback of this app is that you have to type everything in so be great if you update the app where you can upload or sync lab results and medical record with doctors that use My chart and similar health records.

About this app

Background

The healthcare ecosystem is a disparate collection of various Electronic Health Records, EHRs, located at many provider locations; primary care, specialists, and facilities. A patient has no ready access to this information and providers do not have a complete medical history of a patient at an encounter.

The Medication List and Medical Records smartphone application allows a patient to keep their own set of relevant medical information on their phone for easy access and sharing.

Value Proposition

Keep all your medical records in one location for easy recall.

Benefits

You can reference records at any time. Be able to provide information to physicians like medication lists from smartphone. Can turn over relevant medical records to ER medical professionals in times of emergency. Keep track of blood pressure to help you and your physician manage hypertension. Keep a record of lab results to monitor important levels such as A1C for blood sugar levels. Keep track of your weight to help manage it's affect on blood pressure, diabetes, and other conditions.

Brief Summary

The application provides the patient with many features that help them maintain records of many common medical concepts. For example, there are features for medication lists, allergies, supplements, immunizations, diagnosis, procedures, as well at others. The patient is able to fill out multiple entries for any of the categories by family member. Thus if a household has the need to keep records for the family this is possible.

New features

This is a bug fix. The new UI explanation message for existing users was omitted in last release causing issues when accessing previous data. The message comes up on first launch.
