I love being able to order online for pick-up and earn points, but find a few limitations on this app. 1. Not all menu items are offered on the app. We typically order mac and cheese, or a chicken bacon ranch wrap. 2. There's no place for notes, like how many packs of crackers are needed, or to substitute habenero cheese. 3. If using points, there's no way to compensate an adequate tip based on what the price would have been. It would be nice to be able to enter a tip amount instead of percent

The app itself works fine and I like getting rewards, but at this point, it looks like no skylines I go to have even know they got an order from the app. Just feels like I should call and order rather than using the app because no one seems trained to do online orders.

Nice for ordering, difficult for payment. Can only pay through app for an online order but no place to enter payment via gift card. Can't order through the app and then pay in store so gift card can be used either. Will have to call or order in store which makes using reward points more difficult as well.

app is pretty much useless without the full menu. the only thing it's good for is getting the points.

Update just wiped all my points. Edit: had to go to help and transfers points to get them back.

From a small kitchen in Kastoria, Greece, Nicholas Lambrinides watched his mother prepare authentic Greek dishes. Her recipes were unique, wonderful dishes that brought her family together.
