Didn't give me my points TWICE! Went into the restaurant and ordered some food, scan the code from the app and no points on my account. I figured give it a day or so, checked again and still no points. I thought ok maybe i didn't scan it correctly when I was there. Went there again another time, placed my order and scanned the code. Checked back again the next day, still no points. Decided to email customer service for help. Their suggestion was save the receipts. Geez thanks for nothing.

Would not take my payment type. I kept hitting submit and save and it would bring me back to the last window but would erase my payment data. Literally can't order

What a piece of trash, I placed the order and payed with my CC. App said it would be ready for pick up in ten minutes. Went to pick it up and the guy said he hadn't received anything; however, my card has been charged.

Updated - 5 stars: Points came through without scanning 👍🏻 --- Just placed my first order and I love the app so far. It's very fluid and is visually appealing. I have a little feedback regarding the points system (which is a great addition btw). If we've already paid in the app why not just give the points automatically into our account?

tl;dr: Don't use this app, it's haole mainland trash tryin to take your info. Ordering doesn't work and they don't deliver anyways. L&L is just McIsland food, go elsewhere for the real stuff.
