There needs to be a better way to have points awarded when a purchase is made. Today the scatter would not work, and would often crash when I tried to scan my receipt. The guy at the counter was very nice and try to help, even had to make a phone call for assistance, finally took down my email address and said he would have to points entered manually. I like your food I like your points program. I don't like your app

I'm in it for the rewards. The sole reason I downloaded the app was for the the rewards. When I try to scan my receipt the app doesn't pic it up then it crashes. This isn't going to stop me from eating at Poatipia but(pardon my french) your app sucks. I eat here once or twice a week and would like my points. Please fix. I've tried on 2 different phones. Galaxy S8 running Android Nougat.

I made account verify my email. Now it's saying I don't have an account and won't let me make another one. I was told 5 months ago that I would get help what's my rewards still to this day nothing I will never Patron them again

I am unable to update the birthday inspite of trying hundreds of times and so cant redeem my points. I have sent many mails to the technical support teams to help me solve this but they havent responded yet. I dont know what to do now.
