I booked several rides but sometimes it is taking more time to assign driver. So we cannot depend it all the time. It is taking 10 minutes to just to assign driver. And sometimes the ride automatically get canceled because no drivers are there for take ride. It is ridiculous sometime.

Most drivers are rude and drive way over the speed limit. Which is very nerve wracking to me the good thing is open 24/7 but I don't know if it's worth the price the speed some of the these guy go. And I got a car this evening and the driver ignored most of what we said to him. I went to point a and back to point b and asked 4x what the cost was and he said $20 I got in the car and handed him $25 I was inside point b for 2 mins and back into the car he didn't return my $5 change.so rude!

It's a good service but the prices aren't good from thorold south to st. Catharine's, Niagara Falls, welland or notl outlets. The the 3 city's should all be the same as price as they are all the same distance from thorold south. If they adjust the prices then it would be better. Also the drivers pick and choose who they want to pick up and you have to call dispatch to actually get a ride. Will change rating if things change!
