the only thing that stood out negatively for me is the missing of an option to edit finished fasting periods. it happened once or twice to me that i choose the wrong tome by mistake and couldn’t change it afterwards when it came to my attention. but apart from that i really like the app, it helps me stay motivated and i enjoy the daily lessons.

These recipes give a lot of yummy options for the keto and intermittent fasting lifestyle.. they make it much easier to prepare meals at home instead of looking for prepared food in the grocery store 🙃
