If you have a Lorex camera just throw it away the app is not compatible with Android phones and the quality before wasn't great either. For some reason they believe that if they send you a new camera some how that will solve the problem of you not being able to use their app to monitor the camera.....company obviously has no idea how technology, cameras, software, or apps work.

App and cameras are garbage. I switched to Nest cams a couple of years ago when lorex decided not to make their app compatible with Android updates. I had a bunch and now they're going to the recycle bin.

This app is outdated and if you are using it so are your cameras, it's time to get better cameras. I have a dozen of these old cameras and only thing they are good for is for kids to play with.

Garbage...both v1 and v2 will not work on newer versions of android.

Definitely not compatible with Android 10. Spent 1 hour on the phone with Lorex only to hear that it was not their problem! Very disappointed with Lorex. B.Morrison
