UGH... my Samsung Tablet just updated, and now it doesn't work, even tried restarting and re-installing with no luck. Just crashes my tablet. Worked fine before this update.

it was very easy to learn how to view my video surveillance recording's and how to view past and current recordings and the whole experience in using this app.

Originally worked fine. Now after updates it is hit or miss. Sometimes it works, many times it won't show the video. I would never recommend Lorex cameras to anyone based solely on the un-dependability of the phone app. Now the cameras & recorder work fine hooked to my computer... but not linked to my phone. Lorex should understand that it's customers don't want to have to uninstall and then reinstall the app after every update. We paid for dependability!

This worked fine until this last "update". It simply no longer works any device we have now. Tablet, iPhone, Galaxy S5, nothing works anymore! TWO MONTHS LATER and it still doesn't work. Do not buy Lorex, this isn't the only issue this company has!! Like many others I'm waiting for the DVR to fail to replace this system with something you can actually connect to remotely. Run, dont walk away.

Initially, the updated version didn't work. But after reinstalling it, it works much better than the old version. Seems to be more reliable and the fast fwd actually works now. 9/11/17 update -I think they pushed out a new version because the app doesn't work anymore. It won't recognize my Lorex device . Sometimes after trying 5 to 10 times, it'll work . But this really is not acceptable . I cannot wait for the Lorex DVR to break so that I can justify buying a new system. Complete junk. Maybe I can return it to Costco.
