I tried it three different times in the same lighting and it somehow gave me three different shade matches several shades apart. It only matches you to one specific foundation line that a chooses for you, regardless of it you've tried it and hated it. Wish it would let you choose which foundation line you wanted the color match for.

Once in 10 minutes and I'm very fair, so no, natural warm beige isn't my color, plus the true match line is old, and loreal has updated their foundations. So you get one match and it's an old product? Great idea Loreal!

Called L'Oreal about the card and the customer service person said she thinks they don't support it anymore. Put me on hold to find out and after a minute hung up on me.
