I log in and am unable to get the screen to stop loading. I am in cosmetology school and this app would be very useful to learn all the products offered at my school which are matrix products. Please fix the app so myself and all my cosmos girls at school can make use of this app that has great potential. As a tools for learning but also showing clients the benefits of the products.

The color formulas don't work. Even going from a level 5 to a level 5 it tells you it't not recommend because it requires more left then color is recommended for???😕 And the virtual color try on crashes ever time I open it. Ever time I try to go to another part of the app it crashes and I have to reopen it. I'm uninstalling it. Great concept. To bad it just flat out doesn't work.

Downloaded to try on virtual hair color. Never could because it froze every single time I tried and had to shut down. Whether I was uploading or taking a pic within the app. Every. Time.

in the ad it said u could try and change ur hair but u have to be a student, educator, salon owner, etc.
